Adele’s Grammy’s Style…

Ever since I’ve heard Adele’s voice several years ago, she instantly became one of my favourite singers of all time. Of course last weekend, she swept the Grammy’s winning 6 awards! And as if that wasn’t newsworthy enough, the beauty blogosphere could not stop buzzing about her Louboutin-inspired nails. Have you seen them?

Matchy-matchy to her sparkly Louboutin’s, Adele’s nails were painted with a wash of sparkling silver, or to be more specific, Ciaté Paint Pots in Jewel. The undersides mimicked the classic Louboutin red soles, using Ciaté Paint Pots in Boudoir. How adorable are these nail polish bottles? I’ve seen an absolute explosion of nail art throughout the past year, but this is the first time I am seeing someone paint the underside of their nails. Quite an interesting look, don’t you think?

But what I love even more than Adele’s manicure, is her classic, 1960’s inspired hair style. I’ve always wondered how she created such gorgeous volume in her hair. Lucky for me, and now for you, a couple days ago, Daven Your Hair BFF recreated Adele’s look on Michelle Phan. Check out the step-by-step below…

Happy Friday Beauty Nerds! Wishing you a gorgeous weekend!

xoxo,
