Dior ‘Crème de Rose’ Smoothing Plumping Lip Balm SPF 10

Last week, I discovered Dior’s Crème de Rose Lip Balm on Pinterest and I was instantly smitten. Can you blame me? The beautifully moulded pot reminds me of the gorgeous detailings one might spot in the interior of a Parisian apartment.

Can’t you picture this balm sitting on a vanity like this?…




Well beyond just the pretty exterior, Dior’s Crème de Rose Lip Balm is formulated to soothe and intensely nourish parched lips. With Vitamins A, E and shea butter, lips are left feeling plumper and more hydrated. As an added benefit? The SPF 10 will protect your lips from harmful UV rays. And because I’ve been obsessed with the rose scent recently, I love the fact that the balm contains a Damask Rose essential oil extract. Smells so dreamy! I think this may have to be my spring splurge… Retails for $28.

    Is it really messed up that I feel like that’s not that pricey for something so pretty?! Or maybe I’m just trying to justify why I need to buy one immediately:)

    Love this too! One of my fave lip balms, along with La Mer. Tell me though- my product was a golden yellow colour. I bought it in Canada, and the Dior rep said that is the colour now. Curious to check US products to see if they are the same….

      I’m not sure, I haven’t had the chance to purchase it yet – it’s just on my lust list for now!  As far as I know, it’s pink though..

    Mmm that sounds amazing – I love rose scented products too…  I can’t think of a great rose based perfume off the top of my head but I will keep my eyes and nose out for ya!
