Guerlain Terra Azzurra Summer 2012

When flipping through some magazines over the weekend, I spotted one of the most beautiful, cult-worthy summer collections this year – Guerlain’s Limited Edition Terra Azzurra Collection. Today, I’ll just feature 2 of my favourites from the collection, but you can check out the full collection at Sephora online.

I’ve always been obsessed with Guerlain’s original Météorites Powder. So needless to say, because this new summer edition touts a fabulous collaboration with Emilio Pucci and a gorgeous palette, it was immediately added to my lust list. Swirl the 6 different colour pearls with a powder brush before applying, and any unevenness in skin tone is said to be corrected, while imparting a soft radiance to your complexion. This Météorites Perles D’azur Illuminating Powder is also housed in an eye-catching Pucci-patterned case. How can one refuse the oh-so-iconic Pucci print? Sigh! Product + package = simply breathtaking! This little gem retails for $66.

The Guerlain By Emilio Pucci Powder Brush is also to die-for. This Kabuki-style brush is nice and dense and is designed to pick up the perfect amount of powder from the Météorites Perles D’azur. I love the electric blue bristles and the little Pucci printed pouch that it comes with (not shown). The brush retails for $43.

The collection is said to arrive at Guerlain counters by May 1. Can’t wait? It’s already available at Sephora online.
