Link Loves {1.29.12}

How has your weekend been so far, lovelies? Divya and I spent much of the afternoon yesterday trying to choose little snippets of footage from our Beauty Eats event to share with you this coming Wednesday. Today will be a ‘catch up with my school work’ kind of day :).
On another note, I’ve been thinking about buying a Clarisonic Mia after reading so many blog posts about it (the most recent one being by Shopaholic), but I’m a little worried that it would aggravate my skin. What are your thoughts?
Hope you are all enjoying your weekend and I now leave you with some link loves…

    About the Clarisonic Mia, depends on your cleansing and exfoliating routines, as well as your skin. I bought it because I had read awesome reviews on the net, and after using it for about 3 months, I saw no improvement whatsoever (I have combination skin with occasional break outs). Then again, I see that a lot of people have trouble removing their make-up and find the Clarisonic does a better job and they love it for it, but I use a cleansing oil that easily removes all of my make-up leaving no residues on the skin so I didn’t need it for that. I was hoping it would clear up my skin, but it actually did a poorer job than my Clinique scrub used 2-3 times a week.
    Also, in case you haven’t yet, I’d recommend reading this review:
    Hope that helps!

      Wow, thanks Irene for your detailed response!  It definitely helps and gives me something to think about.  The Temptalia write up is excellent.  I am actually thinking that I may stick to my regular scrubs :)
